You’ll need proven project management experience at a publishing house or media company, and you’ll need to demonstrate a keen interest in fashion and beauty, and an affinity with our brands. You will report to the Affiliates Content Manager, sitting within Future Creative, our brand solutions studio. Ours is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where the sales, brand solutions, and editorial teams need to move as one.

You’ll need to be a natural communicator who works openly, keeping your counterparts in sales and editorial updated efficiently as you go. You will take charge of your projects, be the main point of contact for clients in delivery, and drive your own work forward, ensuring all bookings are delivered on time and to the highest quality. If you’re organised, self-directing, and you thrive moving quickly with a keen eye for detail - you could be perfect for this role.

  • Deliver affiliate programs and branded content bookings across Who What Wear and Marie Claire
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and edit teams to facilitate smooth, fast, and accurate delivery of projects
  • Facilitate obtaining all necessary client assets for campaigns, including mapping any required tracking assets, and collaborating on quality assurance (QA).
  • Lead all communication for assigned programs, both with clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure that campaigns launch on time, deliver exactly what was sold, and exceed all given benchmarks through proactive optimisation.
  • Summarise, analyse, and share results with clients throughout the campaign duration.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our e-commerce and branded content products and capabilities.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign metrics for delivery and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); provide detailed reporting and recommendations to all internal and external teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce final reporting and End-of-Campaign Summaries.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve:

  • Project management experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within publishing
  • Some experience or familiarity with using a content management system (CMS) to publish content and analyse content performance
  • Collaborative approach to work with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience within a premium fashion and/or beauty-focused environment
  • Experience delivering for premium fashion, beauty, and luxury brands

What’s in it for you:

  • The expected range for this role is £27,000 - £34,000
  • This is a Hybrid role from our London Paddington Office, working three days from the office, two from home
  • Uncapped leave, because we trust you to manage your workload and time
  • When we hit our targets, enjoy a share of our profits with a bonus
  • Refer a friend and get rewarded when they join Future

  • Opportunity to purchase shares in Future, with our Share Incentive Plan
