About Truly: Truly is one of the world's leading producers of original short‐form factual and social content, creating and distributing digital content for huge global audiences and platforms.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Reporting to the Series Producer, you'll set up all international shoots, including sourcing crew, camera kit, booking travel/accommodation and working with the producers in securing filming locations/permissions.
- You'll create call sheets and risk assessments, ensuring that all documentation and permissions are taken care of before the shoot and that the team has everything they need.
- You'll manage our production management software Asana and maintain a database of freelance crew, sourcing potential new crew to work with and sending them to producers to approve.
- You'll ensure all shoots are set up within budget, raising any concerns with the senior production manager and keeping the production cost manager up to date with all shoot costs spent, and Company credit card reconciliation.
