We are looking for a commercially minded and data-driven Membership Marketing Growth Hacker to power the next stage of membership growth across Future's portfolio of brands. This is an important role responsible for driving acquisition, activation and retention - being the single owner of the end-to-end membership growth engine.

You will work cross-functionally with product, tech, editorial, CRM and commercial teams to launch new membership initiatives, optimise lifecycle performance and improve engagement. This role is critical to the success of membership and is ideal for someone who excels at experimentation, ownership and measurable growth impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • As Marketing Growth Hacker, reporting to the Head of Digital Customer Subscriptions, you will be the owner of membership growth performance across acquisition, activation and retention.
  • You will define a lifecycle growth strategy across key touchpoints ensuring members move from sign-up to active, engaged and retained users.
  • You will lead membership launches, drive ongoing engagement strategy and act as the voice of the customer using data and behavioural insight to refine the proposition.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Experience with lifecycle marketing and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience working with CRM marketing, editorial and commercial teams.
  • Comfortable working with analytics tools (e.g. GA4 or similar).
  • 5+ years experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing or performance-led marketing roles.
  • Experience managing measurable growth KPIs.
  • Experience building and optimising acquisition and retention funnels.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of engagement-driven revenue models.
  • Experience leading cross-functional growth initiatives.
