As our Digital Subscriptions Manager, you'll implement our digital subscription strategy. You'll be responsible for project managing important initiatives, from creation through to delivery, ensuring that our digital subscription propositions reach our customers efficiently and effectively. This is a hands-on role where you'll put best practices into action. You'll be the central point of contact, pulling together stakeholders from across the business, including marketing, product, tech, and editorial teams to ensure projects stay on track and deliver.

What you'll be doing
As the Digital Subscriptions Manager, your role is crucial in the execution and delivery of our digital subscription projects, directly contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will be the primary driver for project managing the delivery of all digital subscription propositions, ensuring all elements are coordinated and launched effectively. Reporting to the Head of Digital Customer, you will help identify and implement best practices for digital subscriptions, working with several teams to ensure operational excellence. This includes coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing timelines, and identifying potential roadblocks to ensure a smooth and successful rollout of subscription products and features.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- An understanding of digital subscription models and their operational requirements, within a B2C environment.
- Experience with project management, with experience delivering digital products or plans.
- Experience in the publishing or media sector.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Interpret data and insights to understand project impact and identify operational efficiencies.
- Experience with A/B testing or optimisation processes.
- Lead meetings with confidence, including setting clear agendas, guiding discussions, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
