Are you data-curious, organised, and fascinated by the media industry? Do you want to learn how to build world-class digital subscriptions? We are looking for a Digital Subscriptions Executive to support the team responsible for the long-term growth of our market-leading brands. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the heart of digital strategy, learning directly from experienced managers how to develop successful strategies.

What you'll be doing

As the Digital Subscriptions Executive, you will provide critical support to the Digital Subscription Strategy Manager, ensuring that our planning and governance processes run smoothly. Your role is to gather the evidence that informs our strategy. You will support the Digital Subscription Strategy Manager by analysing market research, competitor activity, and preparing the data that powers our governance meetings. You will be the "keeper of the facts," helping to track our progress against our "North Star" goals. You will conduct regular deep-dives into competitor activity, track key performance indicators (KPIs) for our established brands, and help prepare "Proposition Packs" and presentations for senior stakeholders. You will also play a key role in our governance process, ensuring meetings are organised, actions are tracked, and performance data is accurate and up to date.

Experience / Skills

  • Experience in a commercial, marketing, or analytical role (or a relevant degree/internship).
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs) or Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of digital metrics (e.g., what is a conversion rate?).
  • Work at pace, and deal with a changing workload and media landscape.

What's in it for you

The expected range for this role is £26,500 - £30,000. This is a Hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office, two from home. Plus more great perks, which include:

  • Uncapped leave, because we trust you to manage your workload and time.
  • When we hit our targets, enjoy a share of our profits with a bonus.
  • Refer a friend and get rewarded when they join Future.
  • Well-being support with access to our Colleague Assistant Programmes.
  • Opportunity to purchase shares in Future, with our Share Incentive Plan.
