Are you a seasoned digital expert with a proven track record of driving significant and meaningful growth across audience channels and revenue streams? We are looking for a data- and performance-driven digital native who combines editorial expertise, commercial acumen, and an agile leadership mindset to lead Marie Claire UK into the future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reporting to the Managing Director Women’s UK, you’ll spearhead the future direction of Marie Claire UK’s platform, content strategies, social channels, and all digital touchpoints.
- You’ll make effective editorial decisions that foster loyal, high-value audiences; develop sustainable commercial revenue strategies and optimise digital monetisation; establish and maintain industry-leading content, concepts and strategies that result in audience and commercial growth.
Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve
- Longstanding experience in a digital content role.
- Highest proficiency and expertise across all digital channels, with documented experience in achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Extensive experience in e-commerce, commercial projects and P&L management.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams of 10 or more people.
- Capable of providing clear self-direction while also calmly, clearly, and inspirationally leading others.
