Reporting into the Head of Customer Value, this role is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced customer revenues team, to deliver a best in class customer retention strategy on our high profile UK News & Wealth brands.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the News & Wealth Retention team.
- Drive yield and revenue, improving lifetime value across our subscriber base by delivering retention and engagement marketing initiatives to reduce churn and win back customers.
- Utilise retention analytics and data to build out strategic recommendations.
- Deliver a first class customer experience while reviewing how to reduce costs and maximise the retention budget to support LTV across the business.
Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve
- A specialist in retention or CRM marketing, ideally from a subscriptions background.
- Knowledge of CRM/CDP Platforms and automated digital journeys.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage a team and identify opportunities in line with business goals and priorities.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to clearly communicate results and recommendations, both verbally and in written formats.
- Experience with building and monitoring customer lifecycles, ideally within a recurring revenue model.
