Are you an experienced Email Marketing Manager looking for your next career move? Who What Wear UK and Marie Claire UK are looking for a specialist to lead the execution and strategy of email marketing, retention and growth campaigns for two leading fashion and beauty brands.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of email marketing across both brands, including building and scheduling newsletters and dedicated sends.
  • Produce weekly performance reports and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns, including third-party partnerships.
  • Own and optimise the newsletter and partnership referral channels, focusing on driving traffic, affiliate revenue and subscriber engagement and loyalty across both brands.

Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve

  • Experience in email marketing, including segmentation, automation and customer journeys.
  • Experience using ESPs such as Sailthru, Klaviyo, Selligent, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HTML for email, as well as good knowledge of CSS.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, including building and analysing custom reports.
  • Skill in using project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) to coordinate and track campaign roll-outs.
  • Experience adapting strategy and responding to shifting goals, timelines and priorities.
  • Experience contributing to the ideation, launch and execution of multi-stage email marketing campaigns.
