What you\’ll be doing
The Digital Ad Trafficker serves as the face of the brand and the front line of ad campaign execution in partnership with a Client Service Account Manager. You will report directly to the Email Ad Operations Manager.
Traffickers focus on campaign success from closed-won to renewal, managing campaigns daily to ensure they are completed according to best practices, with a focus on return on investment for clients across their assigned portfolio.
You will communicate with clients to secure campaign assets, answer ad specification questions, iterate ad copy for performance improvements, support troubleshooting ad issues (tracking, pacing, implementation, reporting), and send reminders for upcoming scheduled ads and final ad previews for client approval.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- Proficiency with proprietary ad tech, Salesforce, Litmus, and Real-time Email
- Command of HTML and inline CSS; familiarity with Google Ad Manager is a bonus
- Knowledge of ad serving principles, third-party ad servers, tags, and tracking related to pacing, volume, and revenue
- Ability to work quickly and accurately across multiple clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a plus
- Previous experience in digital publishing, marketing, media, or advertising agency is advantageous
- Interest or experience in a B2B advertising environment

This is a hybrid role based in our Bath office, working three days in the office and two from home.
