Future PLC have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Retention assistant to join our team, located in Cardiff. If you pride yourself on your ability to help customers, overcome objections, and find solutions, then this will be the perfect role for you.
As a Sales & Retention assistant, you'll be responsible for retaining our magazine subscription customers throughout the year, ensuring our customers are happy to continue their subscription with us.
- Point of contact for individual customers looking to cancel their subscription
- Achieving KPIs and monthly targets
- Objection handle, and retain customers
- Use all relevant and related systems to accurately capture customer data including updating notes and outcomes
