What You'll Do

Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Manager, you'll be the main point of contact between our business and our customers.

You'll assist users as they complete their online comparisons and offer clarity on product information.

Your daily tasks involve communicating effectively via telephone, email, live chat, and social media.

You'll use Word, Excel, and Google Suite to track inquiries and find solutions.

You'll work closely with the wider customer service team to ensure people get help when they need it most.

You'll also help customers take advantage of the special offers we have available.
