Responsibilities

  • Lead performance marketing across priority brands and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Work with brand teams to link data-led insights back into campaigns, creative, and customer journeys.
  • Manage a small team within the Growth Squad.
  • Oversee the full funnel: performance marketing, creative optimisation, channel budget allocation, landing page testing, CRO, email activation, subscriber take-through rates, and retention.
  • Establish and scale growth loops that improve marketing efficiency.
  • Set the test-and-learn agenda, drive CAC:LTV improvements, and ensure insights translate into scaled execution.
  • Help meet FY26 subscription growth targets and raise standards for marketing effectiveness across the portfolio.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • Experience leading Growth Marketing or Performance marketing teams.
  • Experience with subscriptions or DTC businesses.
  • Experience delivering CAC:LTV improvements and subscription growth.
  • Experience with conversion funnels and full-funnel including A/B testing strategy, funnel optimisation and CRO.
  • Experience working with brand teams and Senior Managers to raise campaign impact.
  • Comfortable managing large budgets and senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience developing growth-focused teams.
  • Commercial mindset with understanding of CAC, LTV, churn, and growth loops.
  • Translate data into action with a test-and-learn mindset.
