This is a vital strategic and delivery leadership role designed to take the mission of Future Youth Zone out of our building and directly onto the streets of Barking and Dagenham. As the Detached Co-ordinator, you will map local hotspots, lead a team of sessional youth workers (with external partners), and build high-trust relationships with young people in their own environments (parks, estates, and public spaces).

Hours: 40 Hours a week Monday to Friday including evenings and weekends
