Our client is a leading AI-powered transformation platform in the HR technology space. Their platform supports the entire talent lifecycle, accelerating recruitment, unlocking internal mobility, enabling strategic upskilling, and supporting agile workforce planning. They are now in a phase of rapid growth and innovation and as part of their growth strategy are now expanding their Engineering Division.
They are looking for experienced Software Engineers to play a critical role in designing, developing, and operating high-integrity backend micro-services for Authentication, Authorization, and core tenant data models. You will also ensure strong data integrity, security, and access control mechanisms, enabling other product teams to build features securely and efficiently. You will work with teammates and the wider engineering org to continuously improve product, technology, processes, teamwork and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment. It is also worth noting the engineering team works with a modern, cloud-native stack including TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Istio, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
