Our client, a £multimillion non-for profit company, based in the Midlands, is looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Head of E-commerce to lead and grow their online business.
This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, trading performance, and commercial success.
You'll be responsible for delivering revenue growth, improving profitability, and creating exceptional customer experiences across all digital channels.
Key responsibilities encompass the ownership of e-commerce revenue, margin, and profitability targets, the development and execution of the digital growth strategy across all online platforms, and leading all digital marketing across paid media, SEO, CRM, social media, and customer acquisition.
A small team will report in.
To apply, you will have proven experience leading a successful e-commerce and digital function, possess Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for revenue and profit growth and have expertise in digital marketing, online trading, and performance analytics.
