Are you an experienced operational leader who thrives on balancing compliance, commercial performance and customer outcomes? We’re partnering with an innovative, technology driven organisation looking for a Head of Enforcement to lead a critical operational function. This is an opportunity to shape processes, influence senior leadership and drive continuous improvement within a growing business.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply follows the rulebook. We’re looking for someone who understands legislation, applies sound judgement and can identify risks before they become problems. You’ll lead a team responsible for appeals, compliance and operational performance whilst working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the function remains efficient, compliant and commercially successful.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing an experienced Appeals and Compliance team
- Monitoring operational performance using data and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, industry regulations and internal standards
- Managing relationships with external legal and debt recovery partners
- Reporting operational performance, compliance risks and business insights directly to senior leadership
- Driving continuous improvement across processes, systems and quality standards
- Working collaboratively across multiple departments to improve customer outcomes

- Operational leadership within compliance, enforcement, appeals or regulated environments
- Leading teams through performance improvement and change
