Our client — a leading, partner-led global construction consultancy — is expanding its Cost and Commercial Management team to support major nuclear defence infrastructure projects, and is hiring across levels, from Intermediate/Executive Quantity Surveyor through to Senior Associate. Whether you're looking to build your project experience or step into senior leadership, there's a role here to match.

You’ll join a dynamic team delivering nationally significant work, with genuine scope to shape both the projects and the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing pre and post-contract activity across procurement, cost estimating, project finances and budget delivery
  • Handling compensation events, claims and final accounts under NEC or Alliance contracts
  • Preparing cost reports, cashflow forecasts and financial analysis for the client
  • Leading or supporting tender strategy, evaluation and negotiation depending on seniority
  • At senior level: managing a significant project portfolio including fee income, budget and resourcing, and mentoring the wider team

What you’ll bring:

  • Degree qualified, MRICS preferred (not essential — full support provided to gain it)
  • Strong pre and post-contract experience, with NEC or Alliance contracting experience essential
  • Previous experience within a consultancy environment strongly desirable
  • Based near Reading, Portsmouth or Bristol, with willingness to travel to site as required (exact base location to be confirmed)
