Salary – Flexible DOE – £70,000 / £95,000

We’re looking for Propulsion Engineers (roles open at all levels) with a passion for precision, performance, and problem-solving. You’ll help create high-performance aircraft propulsion solutions that meet the most demanding aerospace standards.
What you’ll do:
- Design, analyse, and optimise propulsion systems for UAS platforms.
- Evaluate and integrate Microjet and Turbojet Solutions
- Perform modelling, thermal analysis, and system-level studies to boost performance.
- Develop and execute test plans from bench testing to full validation.
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure seamless system integration.
- Contribute to propulsion architectures that enhance endurance and payload capability.
What you’ll bring:
- A degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with propulsion integration (jet engines).
- Familiarity with simulation tools such as SolidWorks, MATLAB, Simulink, or ANSYS.
- A collaborative, practical mindset with a passion for solving real engineering challenges.
