We’re looking for a Hardware Engineer to help shape the next generation of our IoT device fleet. Working in a hybrid role (2–4 days/month in our London office), you’ll be part of a collaborative Product & Engineering team building cutting-edge devices that support clean, efficient heat networks across the country.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Design and develop next-gen IoT devices from architecture to production
- Create circuit designs, PCB layouts, and prototypes for real-world use
- Ensure compliance with EMC and safety standards
- Collaborate with Embedded Engineers, Product, and Manufacturing teams
- Occasionally contribute to embedded firmware (Python & C)
- 4+ years of experience in hardware device development
- Strong background in microcontroller, digital, analog, and comms interface design
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, PCB layout, manufacturing testing, and compliance
- Bonus if you’ve worked with: Python, C, Linux, KiCad
- Report directly to the CTO
