We’re looking for Structural Design Engineers (roles open at all levels) with a passion for precision, performance, and problem-solving. You’ll help create lightweight, high-performance airframes that meet the most demanding aerospace standards.
What you’ll do:
- Design and develop airframe structures with a strong focus on composite materials.
- Create 3D models and assemblies in SolidWorks.
- Run structural analyses and FEA simulations to validate designs.
- Collaborate with aerodynamicists and manufacturing experts to optimise designs for strength and manufacturability.
- Support prototyping, testing, and continuous design improvement.
What you’ll bring:
- A degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (or similar).
- Experience in composite structural design for aerospace applications.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and FEA tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, or equivalent).
- A solid understanding of structural mechanics, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
