This is a rare opportunity to join the business at a pivotal stage and take ownership of what could become one of its most important growth areas: software products and digital services.

While the company already has a proven hardware platform, they are now looking for a Software focussed Product Manager to define the software vision, roadmap, and commercial strategy that will sit around those products over the next 2–3 years. This is a highly entrepreneurial role combining product strategy, customer engagement, innovation, and product delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Defining and owning the Software product roadmap (SaaS / Customer Interfaces / Machine Management / ERP Integrations + more)
  • Identifying new software opportunities across machine configuration, customer engagement, AI, analytics, automation, and digital service
  • Working with engineering teams to prioritise and deliver new software capabilities

  • Driving agile product development through rapid test, learn, prototype, and iteration cycles
  • Defining integration strategies with ERP, MRP, CAD/CAM, and manufacturing systems
  • Evaluating build vs buy decisions and managing third-party software partners
  • Developing pricing, packaging, and software commercialisation strategies

What we’re looking for:

  • Product Management or Product Ownership experience
  • Experience working with software products, SaaS platforms, industrial technology, manufacturing systems, or engineering-led products
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in agile development environments
  • Ability to bridge commercial, customer, and engineering requirement
  • Curious, proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive change
