We’re working with an innovative defence technology company building next-generation uncrewed and autonomous systems across air, land, and maritime domains. They’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of advanced technical products shaping roadmap, driving delivery, and translating real-world operational needs into deployable capability.
This is a hands-on, product manager role where you’ll be responsible for:
- Owning product vision, roadmap, and delivery of complex technical systems
- Working closely with engineering teams across hardware, software, and autonomy
- Translating user and mission requirements into real, deployable products
- Driving products from concept through to fielded capability
- Engaging directly with customers and end users to shape product direction
- Supporting trials, demonstrations, and real-world deployment
We’re specifically looking for someone who has:
- Experience owning and delivering real products to market (not purely consulting)
- A background in defence technology, aerospace, or uncrewed systems (UAS / autonomy)
- Strong understanding of complex, multidisciplinary systems (hardware + software)
- Experience working in high-paced, innovation-led environments
- A hands-on, high-ownership mindset with a bias for action
Ideal Experience (Not Essential):
- UAS / drone systems / autonomy platforms
- Aerospace or defence engineering environments
- Working on products from early concept → TRL progression → deployment
- Exposure to autonomy, perception, control systems, or edge compute
