We’re working with an innovative defence technology company building next-generation uncrewed and autonomous systems across air, land, and maritime domains. They’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of advanced technical products shaping roadmap, driving delivery, and translating real-world operational needs into deployable capability.

This is a hands-on, product manager role where you’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning product vision, roadmap, and delivery of complex technical systems
  • Working closely with engineering teams across hardware, software, and autonomy
  • Translating user and mission requirements into real, deployable products
  • Driving products from concept through to fielded capability
  • Engaging directly with customers and end users to shape product direction
  • Supporting trials, demonstrations, and real-world deployment

We’re specifically looking for someone who has:

  • Experience owning and delivering real products to market (not purely consulting)
  • A background in defence technology, aerospace, or uncrewed systems (UAS / autonomy)
  • Strong understanding of complex, multidisciplinary systems (hardware + software)
  • Experience working in high-paced, innovation-led environments
  • A hands-on, high-ownership mindset with a bias for action

Ideal Experience (Not Essential):

  • UAS / drone systems / autonomy platforms
  • Aerospace or defence engineering environments
  • Working on products from early concept → TRL progression → deployment
  • Exposure to autonomy, perception, control systems, or edge compute

Why Join?

  • Work on cutting-edge autonomous systems with real-world impact
  • Be part of a high-growth, mission-driven engineering team
  • High level of ownership and influence on product direction
  • Opportunity to take products from idea → operational capability
