Production / Development Technician (Hands-On | Advanced Manufacturing | Electromechanical) – Bristol (Onsite) We’re looking for a Production / Development Technician to build, test, and help scale innovative hardware products used in cutting-edge applications. This is a highly hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working across assembly, process development, and continuous improvement. You’ll Be Building and testing complex machines and sub-assemblies Supporting manufacturing processes and introducing new products into production Creating documentation, test procedures, and manufacturing instructions Driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and factory processes Collaborating with engineering teams to optimise designs for manufacture Supporting compliance, inspection, and calibration activities We’re looking for someone practical, detail-focused, and driven to build and improve real-world systems.
