We’re hiring Technical Operators to join an innovative health technology manufacturing environment in Oxford. This role would suit candidates with experience in manufacturing, electronics, medical devices, automotive, engineering, cleanroom, or production environments — although full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Operating advanced manufacturing and testing equipment
- Supporting production output and quality targets
- Carrying out inspection, testing, and quality control checks
- Following cleanroom, process, and safety procedures
- Supporting efficient day-to-day production operations
We’re Looking For:
- Manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or quality inspection experience
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good teamwork and communication skills

- Basic computer literacy
Working Pattern:
- 5 days per week on-site in Oxford
- Standard hours or shift work available depending on preference
