We’re partnering with a fast growing, venture backed technology business that is transforming a traditional industry through innovation, automation, and customer focused solutions. Following significant growth and recent industry recognition, they are looking to appoint an Account Manager to support their next phase of expansion. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded Account Manager who enjoys balancing relationship management with revenue growth.

You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving renewals, identifying opportunities for expansion, and contributing to wider business growth initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and maintaining long term client relationships across a diverse customer portfolio
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and strategic discussions
  • Managing renewals and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identifying opportunities to increase account value through additional products and services

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience within Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or Sales
  • Strong commercial awareness with a track record of retaining, growing, and developing client accounts
  • Comfortable working towards targets and measuring success through outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
