As the Spa Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional experiences for our guests by embodying and elevating the essence of relaxation and wellness. What You\’ll Do
List specific job responsibilities. For example:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This process includes scheduling, facility management, and health and safety regulations compliance
Hire, train, and manage spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and maintenance workers, to ensure high-quality service
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues
Develop and manage the spa\’s budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase profitability
Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This effort may involve social media marketing, special packages, and partnerships
Manage the spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory, maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary
