Role Summary:

As a Trustee of FST, you will help guide the strategic direction of the charity, ensure strong governance, and act as a critical friend to our small but passionate team. • Education, youth work, or SEND
  • Marketing, communications, or digital strategy
  • HR, safeguarding or lived experience related to our beneficiaries

What You’ll Gain:

  • A meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of marginalised young people
  • The chance to be part of a warm, supportive, and values-driven organisation
  • Experience in charity governance and leadership
  • A deeper understanding of youth issues and community development
