This national company is seeking a diligent Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst with steadfast determination based in the South Yorkshire region. Applicants will need to have obtained all BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications or equivalent. You will take on surveys, air testing and consulting with clients across a portfolio of commercial and industrial contracts. Experience / Qualifications:

  • Solid work history working for a UKAS accredited asbestos company
  • Proven knowledge of the asbestos industry such as types of asbestos and relevant H&S regulations
  • Construct reports and organise your schedule using IT software
  • Adept reading and writing ability
  • Qualified with all BOHS P402, P403 and P404 or RSPH equivalent
  • Fulfil company targets
  • Exceptional communication to meet client needs

The Role:

  • Travel in line with company requirements
  • Carry out 4 stage clearance
  • Undertake surveys on domestic, commercial and industrial sites
  • Complete management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
  • Perform smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing on various properties
  • Retain compliance standards covering removal projects
  • Collect and store samples to be analysed
