Our client is a well-established outfit, who offer a variety of compliance services to their clients, including Water Hygiene / Legionella compliance. They are seeking a multi-skilled Legionella Plumber, who can demonstrate strong hands-on experience and technical knowledge. The role will involve a diverse range of servicing and installations of domestic and commercial plumbing systems, including tank refurbishments and deadleg removals. For the successful candidate, our client is offering competitive base salaries and comprehensive benefits packages.

You will be travelling across:

  • Track record working as a Plumber within a Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit
  • Qualified with the G3 Unvented ticket
  • Will hold the NVQ Level 2 in plumbing, and ideally the NVQ Level 3
  • Conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
  • Hardworking attitude
  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

The Role:

  • Attending client sites to conduct predominantly pre-planned maintenance and some emergency works where needed
  • Installations of vented and unvented cylinders and servicing of existing units
  • TMV servicing and replacements
  • CWST replacements, repairs and refurbishments
  • Deadleg removals
  • Replacements of components, such as: valves, pipework, vessels and taps
  • Fault-finding on existing systems and making recommendations for remedial works
  • Interpreting legionella risk assessments to determine required works
  • Pricing for parts and materials
  • Producing detailed service reports
