As a result, they are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Asbestos Surveyor to service these new contracts. Experience / Qualifications:
- Must hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 in Surveying
- Hands-on experience undertaking asbestos surveys on domestic and local authority premises
- Good understanding of UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines
- Strong communication skills
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT competencies
- Flexible to travel as per company needs
The Role:
- Carrying out management, demolition, re-inspection and refurbishment asbestos surveys
- Predominantly servicing domestic / housing and local authority contracts
- Safely sampling from sites
- Collating findings to produce technical reports
- Creating floor plans / schematic drawings
- Reporting into Management to provide updates
- Providing technical advice to clients
- Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
