Our client is a privately owned outfit who provide specialist Water / Air Commissioning services to clients around the South East of England. Due to recently winning new contracts, they are seeking a motivated Water / Air Commissioning Engineer to join their busy outfit. Applicants must be well versed in CIBSE guidelines and will be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge. Our client is able to offer excellent support with further training and progression, in addition to competitive salaries and benefits packages.
You will be travelling across: Croydon, Bromley, Orpington, Sidcup, Dartford, Erith, Gravesend, Sevenoaks, Sutton, Epsom, Mitcham, Caterham, Redhill, Kingston upon Thames, Twickenham, Hounslow, Windsor, Slough, Southall, Wembley, Harrow, Watford, Borehamwood, St Albans, Potters Bar, Enfield, Cheshunt, Epping, Romford, Chigwell, Hornchurch, Ilford, Barking, Grays, Tilbury, Billericay.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have experience working as a Water / Air Commissioning Engineer
- Ideally will have CSA grades
- Fully versed in CIBSE guidelines
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Comfortable using IT software
- Hardworking attitude
The Role:
- Undertaking and validation water / air and HVAC systems in line with CIBSE guidelines
- Balancing of water and air systems (including AHU, extract, LTHW, CHW and fan coils)
- Auditing and verifications of AHUs
- Producing detailed technical reports and schematic drawings
- Interpreting blueprints and site plans
- Providing bespoke technical advice to clients
- Ensuring to adhere to strict safety guidelines
- Travelling in line with company requirements
