We are seeking a conscientious and friendly Asbestos Surveyor to join a UKAS accredited asbestos company. The successful candidate will be working across the East Midlands, Derbyshire, and Nottinghamshire area. Applicants will need to have the BOHS P402 with hands-on experience working on domestic sites completing re-inspection surveys and collecting ACM samples. Experience / Qualifications:
- Qualified with the BOHS P402 or equivalent
- Strong working history within the asbestos industry
- Professional manner
- Working on domestic client sites
- Sound literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
- Proven technical knowledge, including: HSG 264 and UKAS guidelines
The Role:
- Conduct the full range of demolition, management, and refurbishment asbestos surveys
- Hitting targets and meeting deadlines
- Explaining findings directly with clients
- Perform re-inspection surveys
- Collecting ACM samples from site
- Adhering to H&S guidelines at all times
