We are recruiting for a professional Legionella Risk Assessor to cover sites across the South East of England. Our client is seeking someone who has versatile industry knowledge to commence with vigour to work across a mixed portfolio of sites, ensuring a high level of service to clients and providing technical reports and schematic drawings. Salaries are competitive and benefits include: company vehicle, tablet/phone and training opportunities.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Extensive experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
- Essential to be qualified with the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
- Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Persevering and enthusiastic
- Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Adaptable to travel as per company requirements
The Role:
- Carrying out legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems
- Identifying required remedial works and compliance risks
- Producing detailed technical reports and schematic drawings
- Showerhead descales
- Providing updates and technical advice directly to clients
- Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring
