We are recruiting on behalf of a successful Building Services / Compliance specialist, who have a busy Commissioning and HVAC department. They are seeking a HVAC Commissioning Engineer who will easily integrate into their team of engineers. You will be travelling to a range of sites to perform commissioning and balancing of various water and air systems, ensuring to deliver works to a high standard. Our client is offering attractive salaries, in addition to: company vehicle, pension scheme, fuel card and annual leave allowance. In addition, our client can implement fantastic further training and development.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience working as a HVAC Commissioning Engineer
  • Will have worked within a well-established outfit
  • It would be advantageous to hold CSA grades
  • Fully conversant in CIBSE and BSRIA guidelines
  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
  • Hardworking attitude

The Role:

  • Balancing of CHW, LTHW and process water systems
  • Commissioning of water and air and HVAC systems
  • Inspecting AHUs
  • Evaluating overall performance of systems and highlighting any required works
  • Working to agreed deadlines and project scopes
  • Collating details to produce regular technical reports
  • Providing updates to clients and answering any technical queries
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
