Job Title: Asbestos SurveyorLocation: Nottingham, NottinghamshireSalary/Benefits: £26k - £42k DOE + Training & Benefits This growing and privately owned Asbestos consultancy is seeking a driven individual with a BOHS P402 who can work on a mixed-portfolio of sites in the East Midlands. The daily duties of an asbestos surveyor are undertaking asbestos surveys, highlighting risks, liaising with clients and collecting asbestos samples from site. Experience / Qualifications:-Hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 in Surveying-Recent experience working for a UKAS accredited asbestos company-In depth knowledge of ACMs and relevant H&S legislation-Strong technical knowledge of IT software such as Microsoft Office Package-Worked on domestic, commercial and industrial properties-Hardworking and eager The Role:-Working on Management, Demolition and Refurbishment surveys-Re-inspection surveys-Highlighting any potential risks-Producing site-specific technical reports and floorplans-Safely obtaining asbestos samples from site-Liaising with clients and third parties Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Environmental Analyst / Surveyor, Asbestos Consultant.
