Job Description Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor Location: Coventry, West Midlands Salary/Benefits: £27k - £42k + Training & BenefitsA UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy is recruiting in the Midlands for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor. They are seeking someone with a good track record of conducting full asbestos surveys across domestic and local authority premises, who can hit the ground running. Our client is able to offer fantastic further training, in addition to competitive salaries and benefits (including: vehicle, overtime, pension scheme and annual leave).Experience / Qualifications: -Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor within a UKAS accredited company -Will hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 in Surveying -Fully conversant in HSG 264 guidelines -Confident working independently on site -Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills -Strong communicatorThe Role: -Conducting thorough management, demolition and refurbishment asbestos surveys -Collecting ACM samples from site -Delivering samples to the lab for analysis -Collating findings to produce detailed technical reports -Providing direct advice to clients and answering technical queries -Adhering to safety guidelines -Maintaining strong working relationships with clients -Keeping up-to-date with any legislation changesAlternative job titles: Asbestos Consultant, Asbestos Inspector, Environmental Consultant, Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry; we work with the best clients and candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
