Our client has recently grown their Air Hygiene / Ventilation division, and is seeking a hands‐on Supervisor to oversee daily projects and lead on projects. You will be responsible for liaising with clients and supporting engineers on a daily basis, in addition to completing TR19 compliance duties. Applicants must have a proven track record within the industry and will have some team management experience. Ideally, our client is seeking someone in the Midlands, with good access to major travel routes, as you will need to be flexible to travel in line with company needs. Our client is offering competitive salaries and benefits, including a company vehicle, overtime, annual leave and a pension scheme.

Experience / Qualifications
  • Experience working as an Air Hygiene / Ventilation Supervisor or Lead Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of TR19 and BS9999 guidelines
  • Beneficial to hold the BESA TR19 and BS9999 tickets
  • Comfortable leading teams of site staff
  • Flexible to travel as required
  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
The Role
  • Undertake a variety of TR19 compliance duties
  • Kitchen extract, ductwork, ventilation and AHU cleans
  • Survey existing systems to identify performance and compliance issues
  • Test and inspect fire dampers
  • Fit access doors
  • Test for indoor air quality
  • Produce detailed service reports, including pre‐ and post‐works photographs
  • Allocate projects to engineers
  • Ensure works are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
  • Liaise with clients to arrange site access
  • Train and support a team of engineers
