We are recruiting on behalf of a successful Building Services / Compliance specialist, who have a busy Commissioning and HVAC department. They are seeking a HVAC Commissioning Engineer who will easily integrate into their team of engineers. You will be travelling to a range of sites to perform commissioning and balancing of various water and air systems, ensuring to deliver works to a high standard. Our client is offering attractive salaries, in addition to: company vehicle, pension scheme, fuel card and annual leave allowance. Experience / Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience working as a HVAC Commissioning Engineer
- Will have worked within a well-established outfit
- It would be advantageous to hold CSA grades
- Fully conversant in CIBSE and BSRIA guidelines
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Hardworking attitude
The Role:
- Balancing of CHW, LTHW and process water systems
- Commissioning of water and air and HVAC systems
- Inspecting AHUs
- Evaluating overall performance of systems and highlighting any required works
- Working to agreed deadlines and project scopes
- Collating details to produce regular technical reports
- Providing updates to clients and answering any technical queries
- Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
