We are recruiting for an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst in the Central Belt of Scotland. You will be joining a highly respected name within the Asbestos industry, who holds UKAS accreditation and a busy presence across the area. You will be conducting full asbestos surveys, air monitoring and analytical duties across industrial, commercial and domestic premises. Our client is ideally seeking someone who is dual qualified, but they can consider candidates undertaking singular duties, as they can offer further training. Salaries on offer are excellent and benefits include: overtime, company vehicle, pension and annual leave.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
- Will hold industry qualifications, including: BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalents)
- Fully conversant in UKAS, HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines
- Must have worked across a range of client contracts
- Comfortable using IT software
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
The Role:
- Undertaking management, refurbishment, demolition and re-inspection asbestos surveys
- Collecting ACM samples from site
- Carrying out 4 stage clearances
- Full air monitoring duties, including: smoke, reassurance, background, leak and personal
- Producing site-specific technical reports
- Working across asbestos removals projects, of varying size and scope
- Ensuring removal works are completed in line with HSG guidelines
- Maintaining high levels of customer service
