Specialist Asbestos Consultancy, who deliver professional asbestos management services to clients across the South East, are currently recruiting for a professional Asbestos Surveyor. The successful candidate will be traveling across the M25 region undertaking the full range of asbestos surveying duties to a range of public and private sector client sites. This is a good opportunity to join a privately owned UKAS Consultancy, with a family feel, who can offer regional contracts and structured training plans.
Application will have good access to the Essex / Hertford and Kent regions with considerations given to locations such as; South Benfleet, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Rayleigh, Stanford-le-Hope, Wickford, Rochford, Grays, Chelmsford, Romford, Rainham, Brentwood, Harlow, Hertford, Bishop's Stortford, Dartford, Gravesend, Swanley, Rochester, Rainham, Orpington, Bromley.
Experience:
- BOHS P402 or equivalent RSPH qualification.
- Experience undertaking asbestos surveying duties.
- Confident in using hand held tablets and associated software.
- Good working knowledge of HSG 264.
- Good client facing skill with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Full driving License.
- Good attention to detail.
The Role:
- Undertake Management, Refurbishment, Demolition and Reinspection surveys to Domestic, Commercial & Industrial properties & sites.
- Collecting site data using TEAMS / TRACKER software.
- Producing accurate, comprehensive asbestos reports.
- Answering technical queries and providing specialist consultancy advice to clients.
