Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Kingston-upon-Thames, Greater London

Our client is seeking a professional Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts in and around the M25 region. They require candidates who hold strong site-based experience as well as the accompanying P certifications (or RSPH equivalents). Due to the nature of their contracts, they are also able to consider a candidate who holds only analytical experience and qualifications. The role is within a well-established and privately owned outfit, with a strong reputation. The successful candidate can expect competitive salaries and benefits.

You will be travelling across: Kingston-upon-Thames, Surbiton, Mitcham, Sutton, Epsom, Croydon, Caterham, Redhill, Bromley, Sidcup, Erith, Dartford, Orpington, Sevenoaks, Oxted, Westerham, Horley, Woking, Weybridge, Ascot, Bracknell, Reading, Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, Hayes, Southall, Guildford, Hounslow, Twickenham.

Experience / Qualifications:
– Strong work history as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
– Will have worked within a well-established, UKAS accredited company
– It is essential to hold the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent)
– Working knowledge of HSG 264, HSG 248 and UKAS guidelines
– Professional manner
– Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

The Role:
– Undertaking management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys across a range of commercial, industrial and public sector sites
– Collecting ACM samples from site for analysis
– Conducting 4 stage clearances
– Carrying out personal, smoke, leak, background and reassurance air testing
– Producing thorough reports for clients
– Working across a variety of asbestos removals projects
– Managing the safety and compliance across removals projects
– Wearing correct PPE at all times
– Providing technical advice to clients
