Job Title: Asbestos Project Manager Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex Salary/Benefits: £38k - £48k + Training & Benefits We are recruiting on behalf of a UKAS accredited Asbestos outfit. They have recently grown their presence in the South East of England and require a focused and experienced Asbestos Project Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for managing successful delivery of asbestos surveying services, which will include the monitoring of productivity levels and general technical and logistical support to colleagues. We are seeking someone who is qualified with BOHS / RSPH modules in surveying and analytical, alongside good hands-on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join an independent outfit, and work within a local radius. Experience / Qualifications: -Proven success of an Asbestos Project Manager within a UKAS accredited company -Will hold the BOHS P402, P403 and P404 or RSPH equivalents -It would be advantageous to hold the BOHS P405 -Strong experience of managing teams -Robust technical knowledge, including: UKAS, HSG 264 and 248 guidelines
