This highly successful compmany is urgently seeking an experienced Air Hygiene/ Fire Damper Engineer to complete deep cleans, ductwork surveys and advise clients using technical knowledge. This role is based in Scotland and applicants will need to be resilient and versatile working on various client sites. This company can offer competitive salaries, company vehicle, overtime. Experience / Qualifications:
β Good awareness of TR19 regulations
β Experienced as a fire damper/ air hygiene engineer
β Adaptable to travel to client sites
β Able to use IT software and produced meticulous service reports
β Favourable to obtain the CSCS card and BESA Fire Damper Testing & Installation certificate
β Understanding of BS9999 and HSE guidelines
β Dedicated and working to agreed targets
The Role:
β Carry out rigorous cleans on extract systems and canopies
β Drop testing and inspections of fire dampers
β Advantageous to have experience carrying out fire damper remedials
β Complete ductwork surveys, evaluating the safety and functionality
β Spot flaws and advice on repairs
β Retain pre and post work photographs and notes for accurate and precise reports
