Due to winning new contracts, this well-established national Water Treatment company is looking for a marvellous Water Treatment Account Manager to look after contracts in the North West of England. In this role you will be managing key client contracts ensuring work is completed to a high standard with upselling and overseeing site staff. This company can offer generous bonuses and commission for a passionate and knowledgeable individual.
We can consider candidates from the following locations: Warrington, Runcorn, St Helens, Altrincham, Kutsford, Wilmslow, Stockport, Wigan, Bootle, Lymm, Frodsham, Northwich, Hartford, Leigh, Ashton-in-Makerfield, Atherton, Rainhill, Huyton, Prescot, Kirkby, Litherland, Skelmersdale.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Managing key client accounts, including: water hygiene, water treatment, legionella, cooling tower, closed system and steam boiler contracts
- Successful track record working as a Water Treatment Account Manager
- Beneficial to have experience with cooling towers and steam boilers
- Remarkable client-facing skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong literacy and numeracy skills
- IT proficient
- Robust technical knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Great team management skills
- Strong willed and confident
The Role:
- Oversee smooth delivery of projects across various client sites
- Monitoring site staff performance
- Complete audits on work and complete competency check for site staff
- Upselling to clients while maintaining professional relationships
- Discuss projects by attending meetings regularly with management
- Tackle logistical and technical issues on site
- Travel to client sites to scope projects and conduct risk assessments
