Our client is a respected name within the Water Hygiene / Treatment industry, with a busy client portfolio across the North West of England. They are looking for a hardworking and professional Water Hygiene Engineer, with diverse technical experience and a great work ethic. You will be working across a range of commercial, public sector and local authority client sites, ensuring the safety and compliance of water systems. This company is known for their excellent service to their clients, so incoming engineers must be able to uphold these standards. Experience / Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer within a well-established outfit
  • Strong technical knowledge, including: ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
  • Will have worked across a range of client sites
  • Ideally will have completed industry-related training courses, such as: TMV servicing and Cleans and Disinfections
  • It would be advantageous to hold: CSCS and / or Confined Spaces
  • Hardworking attitude
  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT proficiency

The Role:

  • Attending client sites to conduct PPM water hygiene management tasks
  • Showerhead descales
  • Inspections, cleans and disinfections of Cold Water Storage Tanks
  • Calorifier blowdowns
  • TMV servicing
  • Using a test kit to complete analysis on Cooling Towers
  • Water sampling and temperature monitoring regimes
  • Producing regular service reports
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service
