Our client is a well-known name within the Clean Air / Critical Air industry, with a nationwide presence and busy client base in the North West. They are recruiting for a hardworking UCV Validation Engineer, who can confidently perform servicing, testing and validations of Critical / Clean Air ventilation and HVAC systems. Candidates must hold excellent industry technical knowledge, and must be able to hit the ground running upon joining the company. Experience / Qualifications:

  • Good track record working as a UCV Validation Engineer
  • Will hold CSA Grades and / or Eastwood Park training
  • Ideally, will hold the BOHS P601 qualification
  • Experience working across Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Critical Air sites
  • Excellent technical knowledge
  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
  • Hardworking attitude

The Role:

  • Carrying out servicing, testing and validation of critical air / clean air ventilation and HVAC systems
  • HEPA and DOP filter testing
  • Testing and servicing of fume cupboards
  • Remedial duties, including replacements of filters and fans
  • Air flow and pressure measuring
  • Particle counting
  • Inspecting systems to ensure compliance and performance
  • Making recommendations for remedial works
  • Creating detailed technical reports
  • Handing over systems to clients
  • Adhering to HTM 0301 guidelines
