An UKAS accredited Asbestos Company is currently recruiting for a proficient Asbestos Consultant based in the South Coast. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and hit the ground running carrying out asbestos surveys and writing up reports. Our client can offer extensive package benefits including overtime, competitive salaries, career growth and training for a dedicated Asbestos Consultant.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Qualified with BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent
- Exceptional client facing skills
- Worked on domestic, commercial and industrial sites
- Experience working for a UKAS accredited asbestos company
- Adept in HSG 264 & Health and Safety regulations
- Flexible to travel
- Using IT software such as TEAMS and Microsoft Office Suite to complete reports
The Role:
- Take samples and store correctly
- Wear PPE
- Undertaking management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys
- Meeting agreed surveying targets
- Consulting with clients regularly and writing up reports
- Managing own workload on a day-to-day basis
- Providing clients with technical knowledge
