Experience / Qualifications:
- Successful track record working as an Asbestos Removals Contracts Manager
- Must hold ARCA / UKATA training
- Will have obtained the SSSTS / SMSTS
- Proven experience of managing key asbestos removal projects and client accounts
- Robust technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong numeracy, literacy and IT skill level
The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of licensed and non-licensed asbestos removal projects within a busy outfit
- Overseeing projects of varying sizes from start to finish
- Monitoring the progress of projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to
- Allocating works/projects to ensure efficient delivery
- Being a key point of contact for site staff and clients
- Providing support to clients, answering any queries and resolving any issues
- Producing detailed and comprehensive quotations and tenders for prospective clients
- Ordering materials and tools required
- Overseeing the hiring / off-hiring of equipment
- Building strong working relationships with clients
- Leading training for teams and making recommendations for any training
- Promoting company services to potential clients
