Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Salary/Benefits: 24k – 38k + Training & Benefits
We are recruiting for a Legionella Risk Assessor, who is able to cover contracts across the Home Counties, East Anglia and Southern Midlands region. Our client is a well-rounded company, who provides Water Treatment, Legionella Risk Assessing and Remedial services to their client base. Due to company growth, they are looking for a committed, hardworking Risk Assessor to join their evolving outfit.
Our client can consider candidates located in: Luton, Hitchin, Stevenage, Letchworth Garden City, Biggleswade, Bedford, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, Huntingdon, Wellingborough, Northampton, Towcester, Cambridge, St Neots, Saffron Walden, Bletchley, Bicester, Brackley, Watford, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Buckingham, Brackley, Kidlington, Banbury, Daventry.
Experience / Qualifications:
– City & Guilds WMSoc Legionella Risk Assessing (or RSPH equivalent) qualification
– Experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor for a well-established company
– Understanding of the ACOP L8 guidelines
– Strong written ability
The Role:
– Undertaking legionella risk assessments on domestic hot & cold systems as well as process systems, such as cooling towers
– Writing thorough reports on findings, and outlining recommendations for clients
– Comfortable discussing highlighted findings with clients, and providing technical advice
– Working in accordance with ACOP L8 & HSG 274 guidelines
– Willingness to travel in accordance with company needs
