Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor. Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester. Salary / Benefits £24k – £36k + Training + Benefits Our client is a nationally recognised & industry leading provider of legionella services and due to continued success, they are now seeking to take on an experienced and qualified Legionella Risk Assessor to join their team in the North West region. The successful candidate will have previous experience carrying out legionella risk assessments on both hot and cold-water systems for Public and Private sector clients. You will also have a keen eye for detail with the ability to accurately and effectively produce schematic drawings, legionella reports and site-specific legionella management plans for clients. Experience & Qualifications: " Will have extensive experience working hands on as a Legionella Risk Assessor for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella Management provider. " Must hold an industry recognised qualification e.g. City and Guild / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessments. " Able to demonstrate excellent practical knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. " IT literate, able to create and amend schematic drawings, legionella reports, and legionella management plans. " Able to communicate with colleagues and clients efferently. The Role: " Attending both Private and Public Sector sites to carry out Legionella Risk Assessments on both hot and cold-water systems. " Creating site specific schematic drawings. " Using schematic drawings to ensure work is carried out correctly, ensuring to amend when required. " Producing detailed legionella reports upon completion of risk assessments, submitting to clients in a timely manner. " Using information from site and legionella reports to create legionella management plans & liaising with clients to ensure they are aware of actions that need to be taken. " Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. " Providing clients with excellent technical advice and support when required.
